Northwest Mississippi Community College Rangers

Bill McCollins of Charleston attended Northwest from 1991-92, leading the football team to the NJCAA National Championship in 1992 and back-to-back MACJC State Championships.

He was named an NJCAA First Team All-American, All-Region XXIII and MACJC All-State in 1992. That same year, he collected 16 sacks, 28 tackles for loss, caused seven fumbles and recovered three. In 1991, he was credited with 135 tackles, 8.5 sacks, and 12 tackles for loss.

McCollins signed with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the CFL in 1994.
