BOONE, Iowa - Although freshman Kali Figueroa moved up to 30th on the player leaderboard on Wednesday, the Northwest Lady Rangers ended the second day of the NJCAA Division II Women's Golf Championship at No. 15 in the tournament field.

Figueroa, the Bakersfield, Calif. native, ended the second day with a combined 25 over par and a 169 combined stroke. Carinton Davis, who was the team's leader following the opening round, dropped to No. 53, while Addison Forbes fell to 70th.

Northwest will compete in the third round of the tournament on Thursday morning.
