SENATOBIA - After helping the Northwest Mississippi Community College women's soccer team to a pair of wins this week,
Ann Marie Barton took home the MACCC Goalie of the Week honors for the second time this season.
The sophomore from Olive Branch picked up the honor for the second time after making eight saves on ten shots on goal on the way to a 6-1 win over #10 Jones College and a 4-1 win over Southwest Mississippi Community College. She also made one of those saves on a penalty kick late in the match against SMCC to help seal the win.
Barton also won the honor earlier this season on September 9th.
Over the course of the year, she has accumulated 27 saves in 14 matches and the Rangers have outscore opponents 95-15 during that stretch. She also has had six shutouts this season going into the final week of the regular season.
