SENATOBIA - Food, family and football are the three biggest things on everyone's mind entering this week. While your Uncle Joe might get one too many helpings at the dinner table, there will certainly be no shortage of football on the TV this weekend.

With the start of FCS Playoffs this weekend, several Northwest alums have seen their respective seasons come to an end. However, a handful of players play on, either in the FCS Playoffs or in rivalry week action at the FBS level.

A total of 28 Northwest football student-athletes will suit up for FBS and FCS programs this weekend. Additionally, one former Ranger baseball player, Thomas Cheatham, is a part of the Mississippi State football roster for the 2024 season.
