Box Score SENATOBIA – Freshman Tristan Kitchens netted her first career hat-trick and Abigail Morales had two goals and three assists to help Northwest blast Southwest 8-0 Friday for a school-record 4-0 start. 

Through four matches this season, Northwest is outscoring its opponents 21-0.

The Lady Rangers took a 5-0 lead at the half and never looked back in Friday's victory. Northwest out-shot Southwest 28-7 with an 18-2 shot-on-goal advantage. Kitchens had eight shots, five on net. 

Taylor Selby scored her first collegiate goal in the 39th minute and Jameka Barr added a pair in the 82nd and 90th minutes to round out the scoring. 

Ashley Nelson posted her fourth clean sheet in as many matches, needing just two saves. Devin Cassett had 10 saves on the opposite end for the Lady Bears. 

Northwest will open MACJC North Division play on Friday, Sept. 5 at Itawamba.
