JACKSON - For the second time this season, Northwest sophomore
Anna Kathryn Harrell has earned MACCC Women's Soccer Goalkeeper of the Week accolades, the conference announced late Tuesday morning.
During a pair of victories last week against Southwestern Illinois and No. 13 St. Louis, Harrell collected six saves and allowed just one goal, as the top-ranked Lady Rangers moved to 5-0 on the season. The Tupelo native currently has 19 saves with just three goals surrendered this season, good for an .864 save percentage.
Harrell was previously chosen as the MACCC Goalkeeper of the Week earlier this month, after earning 10 saves in a close 3-2 victory against No. 7 Heartland on August 28. She was awarded Goalkeeper of the Week by the MACCC six times last season and twice by the NJCAA.
