SENATOBIA - As the calendar flips to October, we dip one month further into the 2021 college football season. While we haven't quite reached the halfway point of the season, teams are already beginning to shape out in the rankings and bowl projections.
This week's slate featuring Northwest alumni kicks off on Friday night, as Jayce Rogers and Houston take on AAC foe Tulsa in a primetime ESPN slot. Other notable games this weekend include JaVonta Payton and Tennessee at Missouri, Ole Miss at Alabama (Tariqious Tisdale, Hal Northern) and Louisville at Wake Forest (Braden Smith).
