Tariqious Tisdale Earns Nod to Reese's Senior Bowl Top 250 List

MOBILE, Ala. –  Former Northwest defensive lineman Tariqious Tisdale (Ole Miss) has earned a spot on the Reese's Senior Bowl Top 250 list, the organization announced on Thursday afternoon.

This is the second time that the Lexington, Tenn. native has been highlighted by the Senior Bowl committee, after also earning a spot on last year's watch list.

A 6'5, 295-pound defensive end, Tisdale has been a dominant presence for the Rebels over the last three seasons, despite being hampered by injuries in 2020. He played in six games under the Lane Kiffin-coached team, finishing with 19 tackles and 1.5 tackles-for-loss, helping Ole Miss earn an appearance in the Outback Bowl.

For his career, Tisdale has 80 tackles to his credit, along with eight TFLs and three sacks. He joins a crowded defensive line that includes former Northwest teammate Hal Northern and former NJCAA All-American Sam Williams (Northeast).

Tisdale played one season at Northwest in 2017 and played in every game, recording five starts. His 31 total tackles, five sacks and 11 tackles-for-loss helped Northwest to an 8-3 overall record, the MACJC North Division title and a trip to the Graphic Edge Bowl in Cedar Falls, Iowa.
