SENATOBIA - Friday marks the precursor to the 2025 season for coach
Michael Sullivan and the Northwest men's soccer program, as the Rangers begin their spring exhibition slate.
Eight exhibition matches are on the docket from February 28 through April 17, with the first being a road match at Union University on Friday at 4 P.M. The Bulldogs are one of three NCAA opponents on the schedule for the Rangers, with NCAA Division II Delta State making a trip to Senatobia on Saturday, April 5 and Division III Millsaps College facing Northwest on Thursday, April 17.
Following its match at Union, Northwest will also visit Central Baptist College in Conway, Ark. on Saturday, March 8 at 2:30 P.M. The Rangers are also expected to face Little Rock Rangers SC, a USL League 2 club, on the same day at 3:45 P.M.
From there, Northwest will host three straight exhibitions against Soccer Scholar USA on Thursday, March 20, Delta State on April 5 and Stephen Murray USA on Monday, April 14. The spring slate concludes with matches against Millsaps and East Central on Thursday, April 17 in Decatur.
Northwest is coming off a 4-11-4 finish in the 2024 season. The Rangers will begin the 2025 regular season in August, with a full schedule to be announced later this summer.
