SENATOBIA - A total of 196 Northwest student-athletes have been named to the Fall 2025 Athletic Director's Honor Roll, the college's athletic department announced.

Compiled by athletic director Jake Gordon and academic advisors Tori Fugatt and Charlsey Kennedy, the list honors all student-athletes that have accomplished a 3.0 grade point average or higher, with a minimum of 12 hours earned. The list also recognizes overall team GPAs, as well as those student-athletes with a 4.0 GPA for the semester.

Of the 196 student-athletes to be honored, the Ranger football team sported 40 selections to the honor roll, followed 24 selections from women's soccer. The Northwest baseball program also had 21 of its enrolled student-athletes finish with a 3.0 GPA or better, followed by 19 from the softball program and 16 from the volleyball team.

Also finishing with double digits on the list were 15 players from the men's soccer team, 12 from men's golf, 11 from the rodeo roster, and 10 from men's basketball. Women's tennis finished with eight and women's basketball and women's golf added seven each, with every member of the women's golf team making the list. Men's tennis rounded out the full list with six. 

Team GPA's were also impressive with the women's tennis team leading the athletic department with a fall GPA of 3.84. Women's golf was just behind with a 3.81 and volleyball rounded out the top three with a 3.78. Softball (3.75), women's soccer (3.72), and men's golf (3.70) all finished with a 3.7 or higher in the fall semester and all told only one team finished with a team GPA lower than a 3.00.
