SENATOBIA – February started off with a bang for the Northwest football program, as the Rangers welcomed a massive class of 34 newcomers during Wednesday's National Signing Day.
This year's class was once again loaded with in-state talent, along with several from neighboring states of Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana and Tennessee. More information on each student-athlete will be available closer to the start of the 2023 football season.
Northwest finished the 2022 season with an overall record of 10-2, marking the program's first 10-win campaign since 2015. The Rangers also made the NJCAA Division I Football Playoffs for the second consecutive season and finished as the MACCC North Division champions, while earning a runner-up finish in the conference title game and a final ranking of No. 3 in the NJCAA polls.
