SENATOBIA - Hinds got off to a strong start early in the first half and never looked back, as Northwest dropped a 7-0 decision to the Eagles on Friday afternoon.
Satsuki Mori provided the visiting Eagles with their first goal of the match less than two minutes in, kicking off what would become a four-goal performance for the ______ native.
Northwest fell behind 2-0 within the first two minutes and surrendered four additional goals before the first half expired. The Eagles added another goal less than a minute into the second half, before going scoreless for the remainder of the match.
Hinds outshot Northwest 28-7 for the match and 16-3 on-goal.
Dustin Brown collected nine saves for the Rangers in the loss.
With the loss, the Rangers dropped to 1-7-1 overall and 1-4-1 in the MACCC North Division. Hinds improved to 6-4 with the win and 6-1 against division competition.
