SENATOBIA – Three second half goals from Andrew College made the difference in Northwest's 4-0 loss in Saturday afternoon's regular season curtain-closer.
Andrew's leading scorer Bryan Zuniga hit his 14th goal of the season to put the Fighting Tigers ahead 1-0 in the 19th minute.
Although the Rangers kept Andrew off the board for the remainder of the first half, Zuniga would quickly respond with another goal in the 49th minute to stretch the Northwest deficit to 2-0.
Less than a minute later, Andrei Bajura found Rasid Jakupovic for another Andrew goal, pushing the Fighting Tiger lead to 3-0.
Kishawn Campbell followed with a score in the 59th minute to give Andrew its fourth and final goal of the match.
Northwest was outshot by a 21-10 margin, 12-5 on goal.
Carson Tackett collected eight saves to cap his season total at 116.
Northwest concludes the 2017 season with a final record of 2-8-2 overall.
