SENATOBIA – South Pontotoc High School's Garner Holcomb has signed with the rodeo team at Northwest Mississippi Community College.

Holcomb is a three-time Tennessee High School Rodeo Association all-around champion (2012-14) and heeling champion. He is a three-time national qualifier in several events, including calf roping, team roping and steer wrestling and finished fourth in the National USTRC finals in Oklahoma City in 2014.

Holcomb is currently first in the 2016 Tennessee High School Rodeo Association all-around standings.

He is an honors graduate of South Pontotoc and was a member of the BETA Club and Spanish Club, vice president of his class, president of FCA and student council member for four years.
