2012: Played and started all 13 games as a freshman between the posts...posted a 5-5 record with 1.2 shutouts...had 39 saves and allowed just 12 goals in 898 minutes...765 saves percentage with a 1.20 GAA...had a career-best 10 saves in 109 minutes in a 3-2 loss to Hinds.

High School: Played for head coach Jeremy Greenslade at DeSoto Central...helped the Jaguars to a 14-5-2 mark his senior season and were ranked 10th in the state at one point...team captain...district champions and advanced to the second round of the playoffs...graduated with honors.

Personal: Son of David and Norma Porter...has two brothers, Tristian and Jordan Thevenot (18)...enjoys fellowship at his church in his free time...majoring in accounting...born April 8, 1994.
