2015: Played in all 20 matches as a freshman, earning the start in both Southwest contests...part of a Ranger defense that posted six shutouts on the season...chipped in three assists from his defender position, tied for third on the team...off the field, has been named to the Dean's List in each of his first two semesters...2015-16 NJCAA Academic Student-Athlete.

High School: Played for head coach Mark Box at Caledonia...helped the Confederates to a 12-2 overall record…part of back-to-back district championship teams in 2013-14 and 2014-15…team advanced to the second round of the Class 4A State playoffs this season…two-time first team all-district selection and Team MVP recipient…off the field, member of the Beta Club and Honor Roll…also recruited by Itawamba.
 
Personal: Son of Lisa and Morris Mims...older brother, Dylan (22), played for the Rangers from 2011-12…also has an older sister, Jessee (24)…enjoys snow skiing and water skiing in his free time…studying kinesiology...born December 22, 1996.
