SCOOBA - After dropping a 14-6 decision in the opener at East Mississippi, Northwest fell victim to a walk-off from the Lions in the bottom of the seventh, as the Rangers dropped Tuesday's finale, 10-9.

Northwest fell to 22-20 with the losses and 10-12 in the MACCC, while the Lions evened their overall record to 22-22 and 10-14 in conference play.

Northwest will conclude the long road swing on Saturday afternoon at Mississippi Gulf Coast, scheduled for a 2/5 P.M. doubleheader in Perkinston. Itawamba and Pearl River are on tap for the Rangers next week at Jim Miles Field, concluding the regular season slate.
