SENATOBIA – The Northwest women's tennis team dropped a 9-0 decision to 20th-ranked Meridian on Friday to fall to 0-2 on the young season.
Meridian swept all three doubles points and followed with straight set victories in singles play.
Kim Crider battled Rachel Sollie to a 6-1, 6-4 defeat at No. 4 singles for the Lady Rangers' best chance.
Northwest will host East Central on Wednesday, March 28 at 2 p.m.
