Ranger Tennis Adds Kennedy Feigler from MHS

SENATOBIA – Second-year head tennis coach Troy Howell picked up his second women's signee for the 2015 season on Tuesday, inking Kennedy Feigler of Magnolia Heights to a national letter of intent.

"Kennedy is such a team player and very dedicated," MHS head coach Allyson Mitchell said. "She's disciplined and has done everything I've ever asked her to do. I'm really going to miss her in our program next year. She's such a good kid."

MHS advanced to the north half this season behind Feigler who was seeded fourth in the conference at No. 2 singles. In her only year at MHS, the Lady Chiefs' team captain was 3-4 in the regular season.

Feigler was raised in Laguna Beach and Beverly Hills, Calif., but moved to Senatobia last year. She's expected to come in and play a big role next year for a Lady Rangers team that improved from no wins in 2013 to six wins and a sixth place finish at the state tournament in 2014.
