Sophomore guard Averyale Joy averaged 16.1 points, 7.3 assists and 4.4 rebounds per game in the month of January to go along with 12 steals. 

The Middleton HS standout shot 43 percent (17-for-40) from beyond the arc and 81 percent (26-for-32) from the free throw line in seven games.

Joy moved into the top six in Northwest women's basketball history with over 200 career assists, only the ninth player to ever accomplish the feat.
