Randal Pharr joined Northwest Mississippi Community College as the strength and conditioning coach in 2021. He has trained and developed hundreds of student-athletes, many of whom have continued their athletic careers at four-year institutions. Pharr holds the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach with Distinction (RSCC*D) credentials through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from Mississippi College. Pharr is married to Hannah, a native of Senatobia, Mississippi, and they have one son, JR.
