2015: Played in 13 matches as a freshman, earning her first collegiate start on Sept. 16 in a 3-1 win over Itawamba...lone point of the year came off an assist vs. ICC in her only start...fired off seven shots on the year, four on net, for a .571 SOG percentage.

High School: Played for head coach April Cleveland at Magnolia (Texas)...helped the Lady Bulldogs to a 16-2-6 mark, District 19-5A Championship and region semifinal appearance as a senior...also 2014 district champions...a two-time all-district selection and named team captain as a senior...part of a MHS defense that posted 13 shutouts in 14 games her junior year...scored one goal and added three assists as a senior...also received college interest from Louisiana College.

Personal: Daughter of Mark and JoDel Sommer...has two sisters, Sarah (22) and Mara (15)...nickname is Steph...enjoys being outside in her free time...studying general college...born July 4, 1996.
