High School: A three-sport athlete at Winona...played soccer for head coach James Colbert and also ran track and played slowpitch softball...a two-time all-district soccer player and named the team's best defender her freshman-junior seasons...team MVP as a senior...Wendy's High School Heisman winner for Winona...a Lindy Callahan Scholar-Athlete nominee...was also a cheerleader and in honor choir. 

Personal: Daughter of Jerry and Becky Flowers...has two older siblings, Rachel Watkins (24) and Butler Flowers (20)...her cousin, Skyler, plays tennis at Gulf Coast...studying general college...born October 11, 1996.
