Luke Andrews enters his first season as a volunteer assistant coach on the Northwest women's soccer staff.

A native of Andover, England, Andrews recently served as a student assistant coach at William Penn University from 2022-23, after initially playing for the program from 2020-21. Prior to suiting up for William Penn, Andrews played for Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, Kansas, where he earned all-conference accolades.

In the summer of 2021, Andrews also played for Miami Dade FC of the United Professional Soccer League, training with former MLS players Dwayne De Rosario and Roberto Linck. He played and scored against the Guyana National Team.

Andrews' previous playing experience also includes the Reading Football Club, based in Reading, Berkshire, England.
