High School: Played for coach Tosheba Jones at Senatobia...helped the Warriors to a 28-4 record, a Region 2-3A regular season and tournament championship and the MHSAA 3A state championship as a senior...was 6-for-6 from the free throw line and added four rebounds and three steals in the championship game...selected Best Offense and All-Region following sophomore and junior seasons at Strayhorn High School...chosen Most Improved following senior season at Senatobia and selected to the inaugural Mississippi Gridiron All-State second team...off the court, was a member of the National Honor Society of High School Scholars...also received recruiting interest from other MACCC programs.
