High School: Played for coach Gina Bell at St. Martin...helped the Lady Yellow Jackets to a 22-7 record, a region 7-6A championship and the first round of the MHSAA Class 6A playoffs as a senior...three-time selection as team’s best defensive player...tallied 12 charges taken, good for seventh in the state, 87 deflections and 40 steals during her senior campaign...also received recruiting interest from Tougaloo College.
Personal: Daughter of Jada Elam...has three brothers and a sister...studying art...nickname is “Khyre”...born September 22, 2001.
