Pharr earned a Bachelor of Science in exercise science and a Master of Science in exercise physiology from MC after five seasons on the Choctaws' football team, where he caught 103 passes for 1,302 yards and 11 touchdowns. A native of Memphis, Pharr was also an All-Academic honoree by the American Southwest Conference following his junior and senior seasons.
Pharr is married to the former Hannah Sexton of Coldwater, and the couple have two children.
