Biography

2022 [Freshman]: Saw action in 18 games last season, helping Northwest to the NJCAA Region 23 Championship and the program's first-ever bid into the NJCAA Division II Softball Championship tournament...batted .238 off the bench with a double and four RBIs...also made one appearance in the circle in a 13-9 road victory at East Mississippi on March 24...off the field, named to the President's List for the Fall 2021 and the Vice President's List for the Spring 2022 semesters...also a member of Phi Theta Kappa and the Northwest Pathfinders.

High School: Played for coaches Jim Patterson and Brett Prosek at Magnolia Heights...helped the Lady Chiefs to the 2019 MAIS Class AAAAA State Championship, the school's first-ever softball state title...named an MAIS All-Star and a three-time all-district selection from 2018-20...also earned program's Best Offensive Player award in 2019.

Personal: Daughter of Dr. Cary and Carla Mettetal...has a younger sister, Jules (16)...enjoys being on the lake in her spare time...studying biology...born July 22, 2003.
