2019 (Freshman): One of two Lady Rangers to receive All-MACJC honors...played in 40 of the team's 43 games last season, earning 35 starts...led the team in hitting with a .349 batting average, 12 doubles, two home runs and 17 RBIs...finished 3-for-3 with a double and two RBIs against Holmes...spent most of her time at first base, garnering a .977 fielding percentage with 77 putouts in 86 chances...also made eight appearances as pitcher, earning two starts...delivered six strikeouts against 10 walks...off the field, received Academic All-MACJC honors.

High School: Played for coaches Amir Hunt and Kaley Harris as an honor graduate at Eupora...helped the Lady Eagles to a 17-3 overall record and the second round of the Class 2A state playoffs in her final season...batted .435 with four home runs and 57 RBIs as a senior...compiled a career 20-2 pitching record with a 1.04 ERA, three no-hitters and a perfect game...five-time All-Region 2-2A honoree...earned numerous accolades following a stellar senior season, including Player of the Year honors from the Starkville Daily News and for Region 2-2A...also garnered two Eagle Leadership awards, a Mississippi Association of Coaches All-Star nod and a top 10 finalist for the Wendy's High School Heisman award...played in Under Armour Softball Factory World Series in the offseason...selected to participate in the 2017 Scout All-America game...collected all-state honors from the Clarion-Ledger in 2015...off the field, maintained a 4.0 GPA and received two Webster County Student of the Month awards...received offers from UCF, West Alabama and several MACJC programs...teammates with current Lady Ranger Alley Reed.

Personal: Daughter of Mark and Charlotte Newman...has two siblings, Chastity (31) and Daulton (25)...brother, Daulton, played football at Johns Hopkins University from 2012-15...studying nursing...nickname is "DC"...born January 11, 2000.
