2024 [Freshman]: Helped Northwest to a 37-17 overall record and the first round of the NJCAA Region 23 playoffs last season...made 14 appearances on the mound, including 11 starts...threw three complete games and issued 41 strikeouts against 30 walks in 59 innings pitched...was part of a shutout and a combined shutout...tossed a season-high seven innings in an April 17 win against East Mississippi, while issuing a career-best six strikeouts in a March 26 victory against Holmes...off the field, named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for the Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 semesters.

High School: Played for head coach Allen Pavette at Madison-Ridgeland Academy...helped the Patriots to a 36-6 record and the playoffs as a senior...concluded his high school career with the most wins by a pitcher in school history...received recruiting interest from a handful of MACCC programs.

Personal: Son of Megan and Brian Jones...has two brothers, Bryson (25) and Brayden (23)...mother, Megan, played basketball at Copiah-Lincoln Community College (1991-93) and McNeese State (1993-94), earning NJCAA All-American honors while at Co-Lin...brother, Bryson, competed in golf at Co-Lin (2018-20) and Mississippi College (2020-23), earning an MACJC Individual State Championship while at Co-Lin...brother, Brayden, currently plays baseball at Ole Miss...enjoys hunting in his spare time...studying biomedical engineering...nickname is “Bender”...born May 18, 2004.
