2022 [Freshman]: Played in 35 games last season, helping Northwest to the NJCAA Region 23 Championship and the program's first appearance in the NJCAA Division II Softball Championship tournament...started in 16 games, primarily at second base...finished the season with two doubles and seven RBIs...compiled a .950 fielding percentage with 26 putouts and 12 assists in 40 total chances.

High School: Played for coach Ashleigh Hicks at South Panola...as a senior, helped the Lady Tigers to an 18-9 overall record and the Region 2-6A championship...batted .361 with 19 RBIs and 193 quality at-bats...graduated with a 4.3 GPA.

Personal: Daughter of Jodi and Bryan Russell...has three siblings, Tori Hardy (25), Noah Willis (23) and Eli (17)...enjoys the outdoors, swimming and hanging out with friends in her spare time...studying radiological sciences...nicknames include "Bay" and "Russ"...born August 7, 2003.
