Northwest Mississippi Community College Rangers

2019 (Freshman): One of only two players to play and start in all 43 contests last season...hit a pair of doubles and six RBIs last season...best performances came against Coahoma (2-for-3, RBI) and John A. Logan (1-for-3, two RBIs)...stole two bases on three attempts.

High School: Played for head coach Jim Patterson at Magnolia Heights...lettered seven years for the Lady Chiefs, beginning in sixth grade...helped MHS to a 30-9 overall record her senior year and a runner-up finish in the MAIS Class AAAA, Division II state championship...hit two home runs and a grand slam as a senior...part of seven district championship teams and four state runner-up finishes...earned numerous honors over a decorated career, including MAIS All-Star, all-state and all-conference recognition over a five-year span...voted team captain and team MVP...off the field, selected to principal's list six straight years...also recruited by numerous other Mississippi JUCOs.
 
Personal: Daughter of David McIver and Bridget Cahill...has five siblings, Kaylee (24), Mollie (19), Walker (17), Addison (15) and McCormick (9)...father, David, played baseball for legendary Northwest coach Jim Miles in 1987-88...enjoys spending time with friends in her spare time...studying nursing...nickname is "Ave"...born May 22, 1999.
