2013: Played in the No. 1/2 singles and doubles positions...defeated Andrew Ferrell of Northeast 6-3, 7-6 (7-5) for his lone win of the year.

High School: Played for his mother, Leanne Meng, at Senatobia...helped the Warriors to a 13-1 mark his senior year and was ranked No. 1 going into the state playoffs...named the tennis MVP and most athletic...teammates with current Rangers Weldon Meng, Hannah Switzer, Macey Magee and Randi Robison.

Personal: Son of Leanne and Greg Meng...has three brothers, Field (31), Elliot (29) and Lyndon (16)...Elliot played baseball at Memphis...nickname is "Wellz"...majoring in physics...born February 28, 1994.
