2021-22 [Sophomore]: Played at East Central Community College, helping the Warriors to the 2022 NJCAA National Tournament...played in the No. 6 singles slot during the tournament...also played in the No. 3 doubles slot with teammate Kaleb Parish, defeating the duo of Crenshaw and Townshend of Coastal Alabama-South (6-0, 7-6 (5)).

2020-21 [Freshman]: Played at East Central Community College, helping the Warriors to the 2021 NJCAA National Tournament...played in the No. 3 doubles slot during the tournament with former teammate Steed Springfield, defeating a duo from Marion Military Institute (2-6, 7-6, 6-2) in the first round.

High School: Played for coach Robbie Brown at East Webster...helped the Wolverines to the state semifinals as a junior, while also earning a semifinal spot in the individual state tournament...won boys' doubles district championship against Tupelo Christian Prep as a junior...during his sophomore season, competed in the singles state tournament.

Personal: Son of Valerie and Rob Turner...has two siblings, Mary Mae (23) and Amberly (16)...hobbies include hunting, playing video games and spending time with family...studying business administration...nicknames include "Sambo" and "Samdawg"...born October 11, 2001.
