High School: Played for head coach Andy Ryan at Saraland HS...helped the Spartans to an Area 1 Championship and the Class 6A South Sub-Regional playoffs...averaged 12.3 points, 7.6 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game in his senior season...selected a member of the McGill-Toolen Tipoff Tournament, Spanish Fort Tournament, and Area 1 Championship Tournament All-Tournament Teams...selected Area 1 Championship MVP...listed as one of BamaMixtape’s Top 40 Players in Alabama after his senior season...also left Saraland as the single-season and all-time dunks leader.
