High School: Played for head coach Ron Wilson at DeSoto Central...helped the Jaguars to a 21-7 mark his senior year as the team's leading scorer...as a senior, averaged 16.6 points and 7.3 rebounds per game and added 47 assists, 45 steals and 23 blocks...district champions during his career...also recruited by William Carey.
Personal: Son of Holly Hughes and Craig Turner...has two siblings, Cody (19) and Elijah (17)...majoring in general college...born February 25, 1995.
