High School: Played for head coach Craig Dailey at Marshall Academy...helped the Patriots to a 37-5 overall record, state and MAIS overall championship his senior year...All-MAIS First Team, all-district and all-conference...played for the north all-stars...averaged 17 points a game, including a season-high 41 against Itawamba...also a kicker on the football team...received interest from Blue Mountain, North Arkansas, Lyon College and Harding among others. 

Personal: Son of Shane and Stephanie Compton...his father played at Arkansas State and is in the North Arkansas Hall of Fame...studying general college...born November 14, 1996.
