High School: Played for coach Brian Lewis at Lake Cormorant...helped the Gators to a 23-11 overall record and the quarterfinal round of the MHSAA Class 5A Playoffs last season...as a senior, batted .430 and was named Region 2-5A Player of the Year...was chosen to D.M. Howie Mississippi High School All-Star Game last summer...also played football at LCHS...off the field, was a graduate of distinction...received recruiting interest from other MACCC programs.

Personal: Son of Kandi and Jeff Walker...has three siblings, Kailey (27), Bailey (27) and Brayden (22)...father, Jeff, played football for Mississippi State from 1995-99...sister, Kailey, played softball for Northwest from 2016-17...enjoys fishing in his spare time...studying education...nickname is "Bake"...born July 2, 2005.
