High School: Played for head coach M.C. Miller at Louisville...played on both the offensive and defensive line during his career...helped the Wildcats to a 16-0 season and the 2013 Class 3A State Championship as a senior...had seven tackles (five tackles-for-loss) and batted the ball down in the end zone on the final play to help the Wildcats win the state title game...two-time district champ at Louisville...had 62 tackles (36 solo), 16 tackles-for-loss, 16 sacks,19 quarterback hurries, four pass deflections and a fumble recovery...named to the 2013 WCBI All-End Zone Second Team and was first team all-state...also a two-time all-district left tackles...teammates with fellow Rangers Anderson Gund, Anthony Gund and Nick Shields...also received college interest from Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Jackson State and Alcorn among others.
