2015: Played in nine games last season at Mississippi College...finished with 39 tackles (29 solo) and 1.5 tackles-for-loss...added two fumble recoveries, a forced fumble and a breakup...had a season-high 10 tackles against Delta State.   

High School: Played for head coach Will Wolfe at Hernando...four-year starter for the Tigers...two-time all-region selection...all-metro...named to the Commercial Appeal Best of the Preps list in 2013 and 2014...also competed at Hernando in basketball and track and field.

Personal: Son of Yolanda Carpenter and Leon Cunningham, Sr...father played on Northwest's 1992 national championship team and later at Arkansas State...has a younger brother, Nicholas...likes to play Call of Duty, GTA and 2K in his free time on PlayStation...studying general college...born on November 27, 1995.
