2013: Played in all nine games as a redshirt freshman, completing 154-of-263 passes (58.6%) for 1,755 yards (fifth in the MACJC), 12 touchdowns and 11 interceptions...added a pair of rushing TDs...averaged 195 yards-per-game through the air...eclipsed 300 yards passing twice, including a career-best 348 yards and three touchdowns on 26-of-39 aim against Northeast...his 30 completions vs Mississippi Delta are T-3rd most in a single-game, while his 47 attempts are T-7th most in single-game school history...rated a 3-star prospect by 247Sports.com.

High School: Played for head coach Mark Holcomb at North Davidson (N.C.)...missed his senior season due to injury...as a junior, he was ranked the No. 1 QB in North Carolina and threw for over 1,800 yards and 16 touchdowns and ran for 400 yards as the CPC Offensive Player of the Year...broke the Black Knights' single-season touchdown record with 27 total TDs during his junior year...led the Black Knights to a 9-3 record and a berth in the state playoffs...earned all-conference and all-Davidson County honors as well...received college interest from Wake Forest, Tennessee, West Virginia and Virginia among others.
