2017: Saw action in all 11 games as a freshman...fifth on the team with 36 tackles, 2.0 tackles-for-loss and a fumble recovery...had a season-high seven tackles (twice) against Coahoma and Mississippi Delta...MACJC All-Academic Team.

High School: Played for head coach Scott Martin at Charleston...guided the Tigers to a Class 3A runner-up finish and 13-3 record his senior season...set a Charleston single-season record with 162 total tackles his senior year to go along with five sacks, three interceptions and a fumble recovery...played in 2016 Mississippi-Alabama All-Star Game...had a career-best 17 tackles in the state championship his junior year vs Collins...also recruited by Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Louisiana Tech and Memphis among others.

Personal: Son of Juanita and Jackie Jones...has two brothers, Jalen Jones and Terrell Howard, and two sisters, Natasha and Jacquelyn Jones...brother, Terrell, played for Northwest from 2002-03...likes to sing, play drums and also a little keyboard in his free time...studying general college...born August 19, 1999.
