Northwest Mississippi Community College Rangers

2020: The Spartans, members of the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference, did not participate in a traditional season during the 2020-21 school year due to the NCAA Board of Governors / NACC Council of Chief Executive Officers decisions regarding COVID-19 protocol.  Recorded a tackle, two assists and 0.5 tackles for loss in two games in the abbreviated spring 2021 semester schedule.

2019: Recorded three tackles on the season for the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference champions.

High School: Played for coach Shelby Ford at DeSoto Central…helped patrol the Jaguars defensive side along with current Ranger teammate Kylan Robinson…recorded 31 solo tackles, 55 assists, five sacks, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, and two touchdowns during his final campaign…selected to the Region 1-6A All-Region team after his senior season…also received recruiting interest from Culver-Stockton College and Sterling College.

Personal: Son of Steven Burress and Willice Pollard…has four siblings – Christian, Carrigan, and Caleb Burress, and Kennadi Pollard…studying business…enjoys working out and drawing in his free time…nickname is “Caso”…born October 13, 2000.
