2015: Played in all 12 games as a freshman, starting the first two of the season...had a season-high eight tackles in a season-opening win at Jones County...finished with 26 tackles and 2.0 tackles-for-loss on the year.

High School: Played for head coach Jamie Mitchell at Starkville...helped the Yellow Jackets to a 13-1 mark and Class 6A North Half championship in 2014...collected 25 total tackles and five tackles-for-loss...honors include team captain and WCBI All-End Zone Second Team selection...2012 state champions and 2011 state runners-up...off the field, posted a 3.9 GPA and was involved with student government...received interest from Jackson State, Southeast Missouri, East Mississippi, Itawamba, Holmes, Hinds, Mississippi Delta and Coahoma.

Personal: Son of Ellen Vaughn and Antinola Smith...has two siblings, Nytisha (23) and MacKenzie Vaughn (8)...studying general college...born January 4, 1997.
