2021 [Freshman]: Played in seven games as a freshman, earning his only start in April 2 victory against Holmes...went 1-for-3 at the plate with an RBI against Holmes...made one relief appearance on the mound, striking out two batters in an early season loss at East Mississippi.

High School: Played for head coach Brad Smith at Tipton-Rosemark Academy...helped the Rebels to a 2-2 record during a COVID-19 shortened senior season...team finished 32-10 in 2019, his junior season...finished with a .390 batting average...went 5-for-5 at the plate in a game against Arlington as a junior...earned all-state, all-region and all-area accolades throughout his varsity career...also played basketball and golf at TRA, earning a trip to the state golf tournament...received interest from several community college programs.

Personal: Son of Jennifer and Tracy Byrd...has a younger brother, Jaden (18)...enjoys hunting and fishing in his spare time...studying business...nickname is "T-Byrd"...born January 3, 2001.
