SUMMER 2012:
Played in 24 games (23 starts) for the league champion Golden Triangle Jets...hit .193 with a triple and eight RBIs...second on the team in runs scored (11) and walks (14)...stole 5-of-5 bases...plunked once and had two sacrifice hits...carried a .361 on-base percentage...perfect in the field in 21 chances.
2012 [FRESHMAN]:
Played in seven games as a freshman...hit .167 with a pair of RBIs...first career hit came in Game 2 at Coahoma on April 23...scored five runs and drew a pair of walks...perfect in the field in three chances...had a .375 on-base percentage.
SUMMER 2011:
Played and started in 20 games for the Golden Triangle Jets of the Cotton States League...hit .178 with a pair of RBIs and eight runs scored...drew a team-high 19 walks and sported a .431 on-base percentage...stole 4-of-5 bases...also carried a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage in 26 chances.
SUMMER-FALL 2010:
Played for the Memphis Tigers (18U) team...(summer) led the team with a .476 batting average and an impressive .642 on-base percentage in 54 games...(fall) in 22 games, finished with a .571 average and a .652 on-base percentage...went a combined 49-of-52 in stolen bases for the summer and fall combined.
HIGH SCHOOL:
Played for head coach Chris McMinn at Magnolia Heights...2009 state champions and 2010 state runners-up...2011 MAIS All-Star, MVP, Best Hitter, All-Conference AAA, All-Tate County Team...helped the Chiefs to an 18-16 mark as a senior, sporting an impressive .555 batting average and .715 on-base percentage...also a member of the 2009 Under Armour National Junior Team...recruited by UNC Charlotte and South Carolina.
