Biography

2014: Played and started in 22 games behind the plate…hit .200 with three doubles, two home runs, nine RBIs and four runs scored…had a career-best two hits (three times)…had three multi-hit and three multi-RBI games...fielded .993 in 140 chances…career-best 10 putouts on Feb. 26 at Arkansas Baptist…threw out a team-high eight runners in 28 attempts...added two sacrifice hits, walked 12 times and was hit five times.

High School: Played for head coach Scott Gann and lettered three seasons at Houston...helped the Hilltoppers to a 28-8 mark and second round playoff appearance his senior year...as a senior, he hit .323 with a .416 on-base percentage, 10 doubles and three home runs...tied for the team lead in slugging percentage at .520...as a junior, hit .372 with a team-leading 11 doubles and four triples, two home runs and a .592 slugging percentage...a two-time all-state selection...listed on The Clarion-Ledger's Top 40 Other Seniors to Watch...also received interest from numerous other MACJC schools.

Personal: Son of Jay and Leigh Anne Kimbrough...has a younger brother, Justin (17)...nickname is "Koty"...likes to hunt and fish in his free time...studying secondary education...born November 10, 1994.
