High School: Played for head coach Rusty Cagle and graduated with honors at Lewisburg…2013 4A State Champions and 2012 north half champions...named second team all-district twice and a DeSoto County All-Star in his senior year…hit .288 during his senior season with five doubles,12 RBIs and seven runs scored…also appeared in 13 games on the hill and was 1-0 with two saves, 1.17 ERA, 29 strikeouts and eight walks in 18 innings pitched…hit .272 as a junior with five doubles and 17 RBIs…a member of Mu Alpha Theta.
