High School: Played for Coach Chris McMinn at Magnolia Heights School...helped the Chiefs to a 35-5 record and their seventh straight MAIS 5A state championship...threw up to 90 mph...25 innings pitched, 31 K’s, 1.80 ERA, only 9 BB’s...took honors classes...member of the interact club...also played basketball...best dunker on the basketball team from 2023 to 2025...also recruited by several other MACCC programs. 

Personal: Son of Bryan and Sonny Lane…mom played softball for NWCC from 1999-2001...father played baseball for Hinds from 1997-1998...has one sibling, Mary…studying business…enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, and video games…nickname is “Lettuce”…born January 18, 2007
