Northwest Mississippi Community College Rangers

2020: Played in three games for the Rangers during a COVID-19 shortened season...made two relief appearances on the mound and struck out six batters against one walk...tallied his only win of the season in a 15-4 victory against Olive-Harvey College on February 29, where he delivered four strikeouts in two innings of action and allowed no runs and one hit...finished the shortened season with a 3.00 ERA.

High School: Played for head coach Chris Basil at East Union...helped the Urchins to a 22-7-1 overall record, the Region 1-2A title and an appearance in the Class 2A quarterfinals...played in 28 games as a senior, batting .344 with 24 RBIs, five home runs, four doubles and a triple...finished with 24 putouts in 43 total chances...hit .439 as a junior, earning 17 doubles, three triples, five home runs and 38 RBIs...helped guide the Urchins to a Class 2A state runner-up finish in 2018...hit .413 as a sophomore with 33 RBIs, 17 doubles, a triple and three home runs...batted .344 as a freshman with four doubles, two triples and 22 RBIs...helped East Union to back-to-back state championships as a freshman and sophomore (2016-17)...began playing varsity baseball in eighth grade, hitting .238 with three doubles and 14 RBIs...also played football at East Union, where he finished with over 5,000 rushing yards and 67 total touchdowns...teammates with current Ranger Cade Bell.
